Qualifications

• Expérience dans le soutien à des étudiants ayant des besoins éducatifs spécifiques (SEN).
• Capacité à travailler avec des enfants et à promouvoir leur inclusion.
• Engagement envers le bien-être et la santé mentale du personnel.

Responsibilities

• Enseigner à de petits groupes d'étudiants en soutenant leurs besoins SEN.
• Adapter le soutien d'apprentissage selon les besoins des étudiants.
• Promouvoir l'inclusion et contribuer à l’intégration des nouveaux étudiants.

We are looking for a Learning Support Worker to join our behaviour team.

Key Responsibilities:

• To teach small groups of students supporting their SEN requirements.
• Support students’ learning across the curriculum, tailoring support to match the students’ needs.
• To promote inclusion and contribute to the successful induction of new students to the Academy.
