You'll be part of a dedicated team that takes a personalised approach to education, helping pupils feel safe, supported and confident in school. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with pupils while helping them develop important life and learning skills.
As a Learning Support Worker in Cwmbran, you'll provide day‑to‑day support to pupils who may need additional help with communication, learning, social interaction, emotional regulation and independence.
