Capital City College is seeking a Learning Support Assistant Team Leader to drive key operational functions and support students with learning difficulties or disabilities across campus. You will line manage Learning Support Staff and provide direct support to the team. You will be responsible for providing on-course assistance to students with learning difficulties or disabilities both in the classroom and around the College.

You will have a level 2 qualification or equivalent experience. Good general education in English, Maths and/or IT to level 2.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiencyClear and professional communication skillsConfidence working with systems and processes, and good tracking and IT skillsA proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adaptExperience of working with learners with learning/behavioural difficulties and disabilities aged 14 and upMost importantly, you’ll be ready to make a positive contribution to our college community.
