Coventry College is seeking a Learning Support Practitioner (LSP) to join our team. You will support learners, staff, systems and services to improve the overall learner and staff experience within a dynamic Further Education environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork and attention to detail, with a Monday–Friday pattern and term-time focus. It offers a supportive, inclusive workplace and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy, or equivalent.
• Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Evidence of CPD in disability, learning difficulties, ASD, dyslexia, sensory impairment, challenging behaviour, mental health, and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Support learners, staff, systems and services to assist the learner and staff experience.
• Provide a strong focus on customer service, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Contribute to smooth operation of college activities through proactive support.
