Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people in an educational or FE setting, LLDD/SEND advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Academic & Vocational Support: Assist teaching staff in the classroom and around the centre, supporting learners across a variety of vocational and academic subjects.
• Learner Empowerment: Motivate students and tailor learning programmes to individual abilities, needs and interests.
• Progress Tracking: Provide detailed feedback to teaching staff on learner progress against set targets.
• Outcome Focus: Help learners achieve their desired outcomes and progression destinations.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Develop positive working relationships with external agencies in multi-agency settings.
