Qualifications

• Personal care and safeguarding experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support students with learning needs.
• Organised and flexible team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to students, including manual handling tasks.
• Administer medication if required and coordinate with teaching staff on learning plans.
• Develop strategies to promote independence and resilience in learners with support needs.
• Support learners to engage with lessons and adapt learning methods as needed.
