Job summary

Aspris College Wales is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join our education team. We seek versatile, resilient staff who can support across all key stages, assist with learner work, and help manage behaviour while modelling positive conduct.

The successful candidate will have experience supporting young people and hold an NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent). All applicants must be willing to undergo safeguarding checks and provide references from recent roles.

Job description

Aspris College Wales are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join our education team. We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Learning Support Assistants, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will assist the young adults with their work and supporting with pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.

The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting young people and have a NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) which is appropriate to the teaching and learning environment of learners and young adults.
