Job summary

Notley Green Primary School, part of Compass Eko Trust, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive team. The role is term-time, 38 weeks plus inset days, offering 22.5 hours per week (08:30–13:00, Monday to Friday).

You will work directly with children, supporting their learning in and out of the classroom, ideally with knowledge of autism and ADHD, and collaborate with the class team and wider school colleagues. Closing date: 22nd September 2026.

Qualifications

• Work directly with children supporting their learning in and out the classroom.
• Ideally have a working knowledge of autism and ADHD.
