Notley Green Primary School, part of Compass Eko Trust, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a fixed-term role until 31 August 2027. The post is term-time (38 weeks plus 2 inset days), 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30–13:00, with a starting salary around £13,561.58 per year (actual).

Qualifications

• Work directly with children supporting their learning in and out the classroom.
• Ideally have a working knowledge of autism and ADHD.

• Contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
