Academics Ltd. is recruiting a passionate Learning Support Assistant to help vulnerable students in Watford and surrounding areas. You will work with teachers and specialist staff to provide targeted support to pupils with additional needs and to boost engagement and attainment.

Criminology and Psychology graduates or aspiring teachers are especially encouraged to apply. The role offers term-time hours, supportive consultancy, and the chance to gain valuable classroom experience.

Qualifications

• Criminology and Psychology graduates or aspiring teachers are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with vulnerable students is beneficial.
• Ability to support students with SEN or needing extra help in class.

Responsibilities

• Support students with special educational needs or additional needs in the classroom.
• Work alongside teachers and specialist staff to deliver targeted assistance.
