Job summary

Hinchley Wood Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant for a 32.5-hour week, term-time only, on a one-year fixed-term contract starting September 2026. The role supports teachers in delivering high-quality learning and fostering a love of learning among pupils.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications or experience with children and strong communication and teamwork skills to help our children achieve their best.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification and/or previous experience working with children. Training will be provided for the right person new to learning support.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
