About This Role

Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant, Term Time plus 3 days, Monday to Friday, 38.5 HPW

Christ's College has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our support team. The role involves helping us deliver an even better service to staff and students.

The Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant will work under the guidance of teaching and senior staff to undertake work, care, and support programs. The aim is to enable access to learning for students and assist teachers in managing students and classrooms.

The post holder is expected to act with honesty and integrity, uphold the Professional Standards for Teaching Assistants, and prioritize the education of pupils. Demonstrating values and behaviors consistent with their professional role is essential.

We hold high expectations for our students' growth and development, and all staff serve as important role models in attitude, work ethic, and diligence.
