Lighthouse Learning Trust seeks a passionate Learning Support Assistant to aid students aged 16-25 with learning difficulties. This role includes providing personal care and essential support, backed by full training and development opportunities within a supportive educational environment.
24 hours per week contract (Monday to Thursday)
Term-time only (37 weeks - Please note our College term dates slightly differ to standard dates)
We have exciting opportunities available for an experienced and highly motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our team within the School of Personalised Learning (SPL).
The successful candidate will be offered full training for the role and be provided with the opportunity for career development as the candidate grows into the role.
The College provides specialist education and support for 200+ young people aged 16-25 with moderate and complex learning difficulties and disabilities. Working with students you will form a key part of the range of services to support their education, emotional well-being and preparation for adulthood.
