• Support learning for young children in small groups and one-to-one where appropriate.
• Collaborate with class teachers and SENDCO to deliver high-quality learning support.
• Help develop confidence, independence and love of learning.
• Provide targeted support for pupils with a range of needs, including those with SEND.
• Contribute to an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment.
• Promote positive behaviour and social skills.
• Work with parents and professionals to achieve the best outcomes for all pupils.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with class teachers and SENDCO to deliver high-quality learning support in small groups and where appropriate, one-to-one.
• Support children to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.
• Build positive, trusting relationships that support each child's academic, social and emotional development.
• Provide targeted support for pupils with a range of needs, including those with SEND.
• Help create an inclusive, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Promote positive behaviour and social skills through calm and consistent support.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.

Education
