• Strong communication skills and ability to work flexibly to meet school needs.

• Implement planned learning activities and support teachers in lesson delivery.
• Monitor and record student progress; provide constructive feedback.
• Support students with SEND/EAL and develop individual plans where required.
• Assist with welfare needs and supervision during educational visits and examinations.
