Job summary

Outwood Academy Adwick in Doncaster is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support teachers, deliver tailored learning activities and provide welfare support to individuals and small groups during 24.5 hours per week, term time plus 3 days.

The role includes intervention management for SEND and EAL pupils, helping to develop individualized student support plans, and promoting learning and welfare across the academy under the guidance of the class teacher.

Qualifications

• Supports learning under the direction of the class teacher.
• Delivers tailored learning activities and interventions for individuals and small groups.
• Assists with learning barriers and welfare of students, including SEND/EAL pupils.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support and run targeted interventions.
• Assist in developing individualized student support plans.
