Job Description

A vibrant, supportive, and inclusive school in Crowborough is looking for compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their team!

About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with a range of needs including moderate, severe, or profound and multiple learning difficulties. Some pupils may have additional physical and/or sensory impairments, including autism. You will work closely with experienced teaching staff to provide personalized support, ensuring each child receives the attention they need to thrive.

• Assist students with their learning, both in the classroom and in one-on-one settings.
• Help manage classroom behavior and promote a positive, inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and professionals to monitor and track student progress.

What We Are Looking For:

• A genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs.
