Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a Primary School in Oldham. The role supports SEMH needs and fosters positive behaviour, with emphasis on holistic student development.

The successful candidate will assist in classrooms, support small and large groups, and help vulnerable children achieve learning goals through positive reinforcement and patient guidance.

• Support the students academically, socially and emotionally, encouraging positive behaviour and using positive reinforcement

Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant Primary School Oldham ASAP Start Tradewind Recruitment are working with a Primary School in Oldham. They are seeking a full-time teaching assistant/learning support assistant to support primary students in their SEN unit. If you are passionate about helping young children and have a talent for positive behavioural management, this is the role for you.
