Job description

Protocol Education is seeking caring, supportive, and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) with experience working with pupils either in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.

Position Details

We are recruiting LSAs to work in primary schools located in Doncaster.

If you have experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant supporting children with various SENDs or providing general classroom support, please contact us and apply!

We are also interested in individuals from a Social Care background looking to gain experience in schools in the area.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Ability to work well within a team
• Passionate and interested in working with children with SEND
• Patient and understanding approach
• Available to start as soon as possible
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant

Role Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 support to pupils
• Creating engaging and imaginative activities for pupils
• Availability to work at least 3 days per week
• Supporting the class teacher

Pay rates are inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent later.
