Salary: £85 - £120 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long Term, Full-time / Part-time

GSL Education are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Learning Support Assistant to join vibrant schools in Earls Colne starting September 2025.

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are looking to make a real difference in the classroom. As a Primary LSA, you will be working closely with teachers to support the learning of pupils across the classroom and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant – Primary:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
• Work with small groups of pupils to enhance learning outcomes
• Assist individual students to access the curriculum effectively
• Prepare learning materials and help manage classroom activities
• Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe, welcoming environment
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers

LSA Primary Requirements:

• Experience working in a primary school setting as a Learning Support Assistant – Primary is desirable
• A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, flexible, and proactive attitude
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
