Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - PMLD and Complex Needs (Part Time, Reduced Year)

Salary: £24,308 per annum pro rata

Closing Date: 2025-05-21

About the Role
What You Will Do
  • Support and contribute to the delivery of courses in Independent Living skills, focusing on The Preparation for Adulthood framework.
  • Assist students in line with curriculum objectives and EHCP outcomes.
  • Create engaging resources to develop learners.
  • Support principles and practical skills to aid learners' transition into Adulthood.
  • Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Work as part of a team to foster a nurturing, positive environment for learners.
About You
  • Experience in supporting students with PMLD and complex needs is desirable.
  • Ability to support curriculum objectives and EHCP outcomes.
  • Creative skills in resource development.
