We are seeking to appoint a talented, motivated and outstanding Learning Support Assistant to join our very successful staff team.The successful candidate will be passionate about providing a creative learning experience which inspires all children to reach their full potential, creating lifelong learners and committed to having high expectations of themselves and every child.**Job Purpose*** To provide support for the class teacher with their responsibility for the development and education of children in schools, assist in delivering and evaluating programmes and meeting the pupils’ need for encouragement, reassurance and comfort.* To assist in the development of pupils’ learning, the provision of care and the management of pupils’ behaviour under the guidance of teaching staff, senior colleagues or other professionals.* To assist in the delivering and evaluation of learning programmes and adapting teaching materials to meet the individual needs of pupils or small groups.* To accept and teach the values and practice of the Catholic Christian faith in ways appropriate to the understandings of the children and in accordance with school policy.
