Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Morpeth

We are working with a fantastic school based in Morpeth seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant to start in September. The role involves one-on-one and small group support, assisting with learning activities, and supporting students with SEN. The school is looking for experienced teaching assistants or cover supervisors.

Responsibilities:

1. Support students individually or in small groups
2. Assist with learning inside and outside the classroom
3. Work with students with SEN and learning difficulties
4. Promote student engagement and confidence in learning

Requirements:

1. Patient and positive attitude
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills
3. Interest in education and student development

Additional Information:

• Pay rate: £95-£100 per day, depending on experience
• The role is subject to enhanced DBS checks and references in accordance with Safer Recruitment standards
