Learning Support Assistant - Morpeth

We are working with a fantastic school based in Morpeth that is looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant to start in September. The role involves one-on-one and small group support, assisting with learning activities, and supporting students with SEN. The school is seeking experienced teaching assistants or cover supervisors for this position.

Summary of responsibilities:
  1. Support students individually or in small groups
  2. Help with learning inside and outside the classroom
  3. Work with students with SEN and learning difficulties
  4. Promote student engagement and learning confidence
Requirements:
  1. Patient and positive attitude
  2. Strong communication and collaboration skills

Additional Notes:
  • The pay is £95-£100/day - depending on experience
  • The role is subject to enhanced DBS checks and references due to Safer Recruitment standards.
