An established industry player is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their dynamic education team. We are seeking a versatile, resilient, and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our Education team on a 1-year fixed-term contract (maternity cover). The ideal candidate will support across all key stages, working alongside the class teacher to assist children with their work, manage pupil behaviour, and establish positive relationships, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.
We are a purpose-built day school for young people with autistic spectrum disorders, located on Priory Lane. The modern, spacious building accommodates up to 70 students and features specialist classrooms for subjects such as IT, art, food technology, science, and music, along with sensory and therapy rooms.
