Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Newcastle to join the school’s Inclusion team. The role supports KS3/KS4, delivers targeted interventions and helps students overcome barriers to learning. You will work with teachers to adapt activities and support SEND needs, fostering confidence and engagement.

This is a full-time September-start position with long-term potential and variety, including CPD opportunities and ongoing consultant support.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
  • Graduates considering a career in teaching or educational psychology are welcomed.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support students across KS3 and KS4 in lessons
