Tempest Resourcing Limited is recruiting 9 Learning Support Assistants to join a supportive educational environment in Cambridgeshire. These roles focus on pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing one-to-one and small-group support.

Successful candidates will have SEMH experience, a valid DBS, and a compassionate, patient approach. Applicants from non-education backgrounds with SEMH experience are welcome to apply, including willingness to provide personal care

Qualifications

• Experience with SEMH needs or within an SEMH environment.
• A valid DBS check is essential.
• Willingness to provide personal care when required.
• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities.
• School-based experience is not essential.

We are currently recruiting 9 dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join a supportive educational environment in Cambridgeshire.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEMH needs or within an SEMH environment.

• A valid DBS is essential.

• Must be comfortable and willing to provide personal care.

• Patient, compassionate and resilient approach.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• School-based experience is not essential.
