This role is offered on an hourly paid basis. To support access to learning for learners; work alongside teachers in the management of learners' social interaction and achievement, while ensuring the learners' safety at all times.

About You

We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Clear and professional communication skills
* To have a first aid qualification or a willingness to undertake the qualification within the probation period.
* Understanding of child protection, health and safety and other relevant codes of practice
* Experience of working with learners with learning/behavioural difficulties aged between 14-16
