Job summary

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, supportive and compassionate, with a focus on helping pupils access learning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with SEN pupils.
• GCSE grade C or equivalent in English & Maths.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers and leadership to undertake work, care and support programmes.
• Enable access to learning for pupils and assist in classroom management.
