Coventry School Foundation is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for Bablake Senior School to join the Learning Support Department. The role focuses on meeting the educational and pastoral needs of pupils with special needs and those needing additional learning support, ensuring they thrive emotionally and academically.
The appointment salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. This is a fixed-term, term-time only position with a 35-hour week, Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:00.

We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant who will be based at Bablake Senior School.
The Learning Support Assistant will work as part of the Learning Support Department to ensure that the educational and pastoral needs of pupils with Special Needs and Disabilities, and pupils requiring additional learning support, are being met and that they are receiving appropriate support to thrive, both emotionally and academically.
Appointment salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
