Job summary

Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for Learning Support Assistants on behalf of a leading further education college in Greater Manchester for the new academic year. Role is full-time and temporary with a September 2026 start.

You will support students in day-to-day learning, work with teachers to deliver tailored lessons, and promote inclusive practice to help every student reach their educational goals. A current DBS is required; if you do not have one, Eden Brown can assist with the application.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with day-to-day learning activities and help them achieve educational goals.
• Provide in-class support, working with teachers to deliver tailored lessons.
• Offer guidance on academic and personal development, promoting independent learning.
• Support students with a variety of learning disabilities and other needs.
• Provide a safe, inclusive environment promoting wellbeing and engagement.
