Qualifications

• Experience as Learning Support Assistant or similar role.
• Experience in healthcare/care worker environments is beneficial.
• Understanding of learning disabilities and support strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing tailored 1:1 and group support to students.
• Collaborating with teachers to enhance learning outcomes.
• Monitoring and reporting on student progress.
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Supporting development of EHCPs.
