Kemsley Primary Academy, part of REAch2 Academy Trust, is seeking a fixed-term Learning Support Assistant to work in classes alongside the class teacher, delivering whole-class learning and structured small-group or 1:1 sessions so every pupil can access the curriculum.

The role requires energy to bring learning to life with hands-on activities, plus good behaviour management and high levels of organisation.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children.
• Experience delivering whole-class learning.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Children's Barred List check where the role is regulated activity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide class support alongside the class teacher
• Deliver whole-class learning
• Run structured small-group or 1:1 activities so all pupils access the curriculum
• Adapt and extend learning within a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
• Bring learning to life with practical, hands-on experiences
