Job summary

Ark Little Ridge Primary Academy in England is seeking two motivated Individual Needs Assistants to join on fixed-term posts for twelve months, starting as soon as possible after interview.

The roles involve supporting learning and development of small groups and individual pupils, with emphasis on primary education in an EYFS environment. The positions are term-time only, minimum 20 hours per week, with days to be agreed.

We are seeking to appoint, as early in the new academic year as possible, TWO highly motivated Individual Needs Assistants. These roles will be fixed term positions for twelve months as they are funding-dependent. They will involve supporting the learning and development of small groups and individual pupils. Hours:

A minimum of 20 hours per week, term time only, with exact working days/times to be agreed on appointment.

Salary Scale:

Ark Support (outside London) Point 3; Full time salary £24,795 per annum.

Actual pro-rata salary

to be £13.21 per hour (gross).
