Morgan Hunt is seeking experienced Learning Support Assistants for a leading Further Education college in Stockport. This role involves providing learning support to FE students, in both one-to-one and classroom settings, to help develop their learning, development and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant or similar.
• Experience supporting learners in educational or care settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and ability to build positive relationships with students.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and classroom learning support.
• Support students' academic, personal and social development.
• Assist learners with additional learning needs and disabilities.
• Monitor progress and maintain records.
