An established industry player is seeking a dedicated support professional to assist students with additional learning needs in achieving their educational goals. This rewarding role involves working closely with individuals and small groups to foster social development and enhance communication skills. The successful candidate will play a vital part in creating an inclusive learning environment, helping students navigate their educational journeys. Support students with additional learning needs and/or disabilities to access their study programmes, ensuring their success and progress. Work effectively on a one-to-one basis or with small groups in classroom settings, promoting social development through activities, clubs, and events both within social areas and across the college. Facilitate social interaction and develop communication skills, encouraging participation in small group activities. This role is 30 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.
