Responsibilities

• Provide classroom-based support to students with varying learning needs.
• Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions under teaching staff guidance.
• Encourage student engagement, independence and confidence in learning.
• Assist with the preparation of learning resources and classroom activities.
• Support students with social, emotional and behavioural needs where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and support provided.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and external professionals to meet student needs.
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and positive behaviour at all times.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and the wider campus team to provide tailored support that enables learners to engage confidently with their education. Whether supporting students on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, or within the classroom, you will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
