Job summary

The Atrium, based at Briscoe Primary School & Nursery, is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team in Basildon.

The successful candidate will be educated to NVQ level 2 in learning/support/early years, have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above, and experience with children in a school setting. The role is fixed term until 18 December 2026, with 12 hours per week across Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ level 2 in learning/support/early years or equivalent qualification/experience.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
