Learning Support Assistants – Mainstream College – Redbridge – June Start A dynamic and inclusive mainstream college in Redbridge is currently seeking experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their dedicated support team this June. These full-time positions involve working closely with students who require additional support, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). LSAs will play a key role in helping students access learning, build confidence, and achieve their potential in a college environment. Key Requirements: Proven experience working in a secondary school or college setting A strong understanding of supporting learners with ASD and ADHD Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, patient, and resilient approach to support Commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments Working Hours: 9:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday Contract Type: Full-time only (term time) Please note: Part-time applicants will not be considered.
