Job summary

Protocol Education Limited, in partnership with a specialist school in Basildon, is seeking compassionate Learning Support Assistants to help pupils with ASC and complex learning needs reach their potential. You will work across 1:1 and small groups, delivering tailored activities while promoting communication, social interaction and independence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Protocol Education is working in partnership with a specialist school in Basildon that supports children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex learning needs. We are seeking compassionate, resilient and proactive Learning Support Assistants who are passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with autism and complex additional needs on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
