Position: Learning Support Assistant – Teaching Assistant – SEN

This is an excellent opportunity for a psychology graduate interested in working with neurodiverse children and young people.

The school based in Bristol supports secondary-aged pupils with a range of learning and behavioral needs. All students have an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) outlining their specific support requirements. The needs are considered mild compared to other local special schools.

The school offers a specialized environment that addresses students' unique challenges, including a therapeutic curriculum covering all secondary subjects. Some students will pursue GCSE and Functional Skills qualifications, making it essential to support their understanding of key subjects like maths and English. Your role will be to facilitate their access to further education or training.
