Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students in the classroom and community.
• Assist the teacher to plan learning activities.
• Build positive relationships with staff and young people.
• Encourage and motivate students to learn and develop.
• Communicate clearly to clarify and explain instructions.
• Support students in small group and 1-2-1 settings.
• Enable students to participate in learning activities and develop literacy and numeracy.
• Produce accurate and prompt written reports/records.
