Dovetail & Slate Ltd in Birmingham is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to aid students with additional needs in a college environment. Roles are term-time only (39 weeks/year) with a standard day from 08:30 to 16:00, and flexible full-time or part-time options.

Immediate start available for compassionate, adaptable professionals. You will provide 1:1 or classroom support, help students progress toward EHCP milestones, and collaborate with staff while maintaining essential records.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with additional needs in educational, healthcare or community settings.
• Compassionate and adaptable professional with a genuine passion for supporting students.
• Resilience and commitment to helping learners achieve EHCP milestones.

Responsabilités

• Support SEN students on 1:1, in-class or out-of-class to progress toward EHCP milestones.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to differentiate curriculum resources and support sessions.
• Record support interactions to maintain statutory EHCP records.
