Job summary

Academics LTD is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a secondary school in Oxfordshire, starting January 2025. You will support pupils with additional needs alongside teachers and specialist staff.

This role is ideal for graduates or individuals aiming for a career in education, offering valuable classroom experience and the chance to impact students' engagement and attainment. Working hours are 8:30am-3pm, term-time only.

This Learning Support Assistant role will give you valuable experience in the classroom, working with pupils that need additional support to succeed. The Learning Support Assistant role would be great for Graduates or Individuals who are aspiring for a career in education. This could be the initial step in to the classroom, gaining valuable experience working with vulnerable students, looking to increase their engagement, attainment & life chances.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working alongside teachers and specialist staff to support students with special educational needs or students who require additional support to remain focussed in the classroom.
