About The Role

• Provide 1:1 support to students with a range of additional needs within the classroom.
• Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment tailored to each learner’s unique needs.
• Work alongside class teachers to adapt lesson plans, prepare resources, and offer hands-on support.
• This is a full-time, long-term opportunity beginning in September 2025, with flexibility for other roles in the future.

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to:

• Have strong communication skills and a flexible, patient attitude.
• Bring previous experience supporting learners in an SEND environment.
• Be enthusiastic about making a positive impact in young people’s lives
• Be able to provide relevant references and complete an enhanced DBS check.
• All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
