We’re dedicated to supporting students with SEN and ensuring that students reach their full potential.
Over the past few years, we have seen an increase in young people with Educational Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and Special Educational Needs (SEN). We have developed our curriculum and expanded our staff team to provide an outstanding experience for our students.
We are seeking additional team members to support students in our Further Education programs. Vacancies are available at our Sparsholt campus, supporting either Mainstream or Foundation students. All roles involve supporting students in groups or individually, both in class and throughout the college day. Students will access the college campus and the wider community. You will assist students with diverse learning needs across various settings to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Applicants should have a good standard of education, including English and Maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent. Willingness to undertake further training is essential. Experience working with young people, preferably in educational or care settings, is advantageous. We will support professional development and help you attain relevant qualifications.
You may be assigned to either our Mainstream or Foundation Learning provision. Details of these provisions are included in the attached role brief. When applying, please specify your preferred provision (Mainstream or Foundation) and your preferred working pattern/availability in your cover letter.
