Job summary

Kirk Hallam Community Academy, part of Nova-Education-Trust, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help students with additional needs in the Learning Support facility or classroom. You will support individual or small group sessions to develop learning, behaviour and emotional skills.

The role includes full induction, CPD opportunities, and a staff wellbeing focus, plus Nova Perks such as discounts and health benefits. Closing date is Monday 21st September 2026 at 8am.

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at Kirk Hallam Community Academy. You will be joining us at an exciting and pivotal time in our journey of improvement.

The LSA team supports students' learning and behaviour on an individual or small group basis within our Learning Support facility or in the classroom.

The ideal applicant has experience of providing support to young people with additional needs, working with them effectively to facilitate their physical, emotional and educational development.
