Protocol Education Limited is seeking Learning Support Assistants in Somerset to provide tailored 1:1 and small group support across KS1 and KS2. You will assist teachers, foster confidence and inclusion, and build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

DBS enhanced clearance is required or applicants must be willing to apply. This full-time role offers September start dates, ongoing CPD and career growth opportunities within primary, secondary and SEND settings across the region,

Formación

• Experience working with children or young people in a school, SEND, care, youth work, or similar setting.
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Patient, reliable, and adaptable.
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply.

Learning Support Assistant

Primary school's across Somerset are looking for dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistants to provide tailored support for pupils across KS1 and KS2.

This is a genuinely rewarding opportunity to make a real difference. You'll build a trusted relationship, helping them face each school day with confidence, consistency and encouragement.

Your responsbilities will include:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
