Location: Barton School, Barton-upon-Humber DN18 6DA
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm
Salary: GBP22,300.00 per annum
Contract: Permanent; Term Time only

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Barton School. Your responsibilities will include supporting teachers in delivering creative lessons tailored to pupils' educational needs, working with individual and small groups, preparing classrooms and materials, and building positive relationships with pupils to promote learning and interaction.
Options Barton School provides specialist education for children and young people aged 8-19 with Autism and complex needs. Based in Barton-upon-Humber, North Lincolnshire, we are part of Outcomes First Group, leading in innovative approaches to education and care for individuals with autism and learning difficulties.

As part of our 4-Day Working Week trial, you'll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, subject to successful probation. This is not a contractual benefit but a trial initiative.
