Job summary

USP College in the Thundersley area is seeking a Pathways Learning Support Assistant to work within the Pathways department, supporting students aged 16-24 with learning difficulties and disabilities to achieve their learning outcomes.

You will work with experienced teachers and support staff, bringing an empathetic approach and a commitment to professional development to grow your skills in a career-focused learning environment.

You will have good academic credentials and be able to support learners from foundation level to adult access students.
